Transport licence

bez.jpg

The Transport Licence is an important indicator confirming that the transport of wine provided by a logistic company, importer and exporter has not harmed the wine.

FINE VS. COMMERCIAL WINE

The parameters for a Commercial Licence are weaker. This licence is used for wines with no aging ambitions.

The Fine Wine Licence is important for wines with aging potential. This means wines that will improve over time.

The licensing process

1

Pre-audit

Analysis of the space during the first visit in case of rated storage licensing. The output is a recommendation for licensing.

There is no pre-audit for a Storage Licence without a rating.

The pre-audit phase for the Transport Licence is connected with the collection of the company's data.

2

Audit

The audit phase usually lasts 12 months for storage. During this phase, the conditions of the space are monitored carefully. There are warning limits set and the client is informed in case the values are close to the borderline.

3

Decision

The output of Audit is decision. In case the space passed the parameters the Licence is delivered to the client during 13th month after monitoring started.

4

Review

The client is reviewed every five years.
