PROCESS

1Pre-audit

Analysis of the space during the first visit in case of rated storage licensing. The output is recommendation for licensing.

2Audit

The audit phase usually lasts 12 months for storage. During this phase, the conditions of the space are carefully monitored by a special on-line monitoring system. There are warning limits set and the client is informed in case the values are close to the borderline.

3Decision

The output of the audit is a decision. If the space fulfils the parameters, the licence is delivered to the client within one month after decision was taken.

PROCESS

1Pre-audit

The pre-audit phase for the Transport Licence is connected with collecting the company's data. The WSTC representative should be informed about the transport process, destinations, quantity of the transported wine, months of transportation, etc.

2Audit

Monitoring of conditions in chosen wine deliveries. The representative provides the client with monitoring chips and these travel with the wine from winery to specified place.

3Decision

The output of the audit is a decision. If the client fulfils the parameters, the licence is delivered within one month after the decision.
